She opened her own gym which served over 100 children, ages varying from K-12, many of which stayed with her establishment throughout their developmental years. During this time, Kate grew her gym via social media as it was becoming mainstream giving her an extensive history of successful digital marketing. Paired with her knack for creating and implementing systems, her competitive cheer gym was thriving. This experience was the perfect segue into the real estate industry. She eventually made the decision to sell her gym in order to focus on her 2 boys as they grew into adulthood.

In 2015 Kate started as a transaction coordinator. She soon developed a transaction coordination department where she had her fingers in roughly 100 transactions per year, which led to her promotion to Director of Operations for a top-producing real estate team. This role honed her natural abilities in training new agents, coaching seasoned agents, and implementing systems to increase efficiency. After realizing that real estate had other facets that aligned with her values, she decided to earn her real estate license and broaden her focus. Her values are deeply ingrained in community, grit, growth, grace, and gratitude which is the foundation of her business. Her daily practices involve studying the local real estate market, staying on top of social media marketing trends, and creative strategies to help her clients achieve their real estate goals. She especially loves the process of guiding people through their various milestones in real estate. From home ownership to investing and anything in between, Kate is leading a love for creating moments in life through real estate.
