Kate Goeringer is by far the best realtor I have ever met. We were buying from out of town and she went above and beyond to go see houses that were hours from where she was. When we finally landed on a house we loved and we were ready to put in an offer, we got a text at like 3AM from her letting us know that she didn't think it was the right house for our family. She was RIGHT!! She really takes the time to get to know you and your family and your needs. We ran into contract issues and ALOT of other issues she kept us informed every step of the way. She handled everything so we didnt have to stress. She negotiated like she was buying the house for herself. We have finally moved into our new home and she is still there to answer questions. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I would definitely recommend Kate.

She was patient, professional, and encouraging as she informed us of the ongoing changes throughout our listing. After spending 20 years in CA, we decided it was time for a change and decided to move to TN. Over
the course of a year, we made a few trips out to test the different seasons and explore the surrounding
cities of Nashville. Most importantly, we wanted to find a realtor that we felt comfortable with especially since we'd be out of state for a lot of the process. Kate Goeringer @ Brick Realty checked all the boxes for us. Firstly, Kate always made her availability to us a high priority. She spent a good amount of time learning exactly what we wanted in regards to styles, location, amenities, etc. She also explained the differences between the various counties, which we have learned is a truly marketable feature. Lake property combined with newer construction was our goal and Kate would continually send us specific listings that met our needs, while filtering ones that didn't check all the boxes for us. While searching remotely, if there was a property that got our attention, Kate would drive out and make a detailed video tour for us that included the surrounding areas so we had a good idea of what a particular neighborhood might be like. It was nice to see that Kate was on top of using new technology and was able to deliver us those videos using Dropbox and mobile technologies when needed. Upon finding the property that checked all the boxes for us, Kate jumped in and made all the necessary appointments for things like inspections, communication with the sellers, etc. Making a purchase like this under remote conditions can be difficult but Kate made the entire process go smoothly. Her support team was also very accommodating and helpful with information and documents that we needed along the way. We hope that if any friends join us in TN they'll go with Kate to find their perfect house!

Updating my review for our second transaction with Kate ( I wish there was a 6th star!). When we had the opportunity to relocate permanently to Nashville we had a lot of constraints: close to work/daughter, single floor living for MIL, shop space for husband, private office space for on-line teaching. Things moved so fast, we had to make the purchase remotely and Kate was with us every step of the way. She found us the ideal house for our needs in a great location - and then helped us navigate the bidding war to get it. Kate was amazing. Always working to help us find the house for us. When we saw a house we didn't like she listened to what we liked and didn't like and used that to fine tune what to look for. When we didn't get a house we liked she encouraged us and kept us positive. She always had an answer for us or went and found the answer quickly on the rare occasion she didn't have it ready. I don't think there was anything she wouldn't do to make us happy.
