Kate Herring

Kate Herring chose the Charlottesville area to make her home in 2010. The diverse culture and beautiful landscape drew her to the area. She lives in the countryside with her husband on a small farm.

Kate owns and operates a small business providing estate sale services to the community. In 2014 she founded Estate Sales and Services. When she began her real estate career, it tied in perfectly with the exceptional services she already provides to families in transition. Using her skills and experience she developed as a small business owner she is able to offer exceptional real estate services.

Kate specializes in residential buying and selling with an emphasis on marketing properties. She believes integrity, attention to detail, and communication create a solid foundation to do great business together. She has a strong ability to keep negotiations and deals on track calmly and professionally. Driven by a strong desire to help people, she takes pride in providing the best possible service.
