Kate's drive for personal growth and professional excellence led her to pursue an MBA from St. Ambrose University in 2011. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for real estate. She obtained her Illinois and Iowa Real Estate licenses in 2013, and from that point forward, selling real estate became her dream job. Driven by her ambition and determination, Kate didn't stop there. In 2022, she obtained her Florida Real Estate license, expanding her reach and expertise to better serve her clients. She is a seasoned Realtor with extensive knowledge and experience in multiple markets. However, there is much more to Kate than meets the eye. Beyond her role as a Realtor, she is also an investor and property manager. Her firsthand experience in buying and managing rental properties gave her a unique perspective and deep understanding of the real estate industry.
