Kate Johnson is an experienced realtor in the Kansas City area with a true passion for helping her clients find the home of their dreams. With a decade in real estate, Kate has a background in newly constructed homes and specializes in helping veterans through the real estate process. She enjoys the thrill of listing a home and has a streamlined process to make things as streamlined and stress-free as possible for sellers. Kate grew up in the greater Kansas City area. She is familiar with just about every part of the metro, having lived in Lawrence, Shawnee Mission, Cameron, MO, and Southern Johnson County. She has lived in the Gardner/Edgerton area since 2005 and currently resides in Gardner, KS with her husband, Scott, and their four children. Kate is a busy mom to Jackson (17), two daughters, Laney (7) and Kenzie (3) and youngest son, Lochlan (1). Kate comes from a large family with three brothers, four sisters, three dads and one mom (it is a long story, but if you are curious, she is an open book!) Kate’s family is involved in the local 4-H group, enjoys being on the water (boat or beach), traveling and playing games.
