Kate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Marymount Manhattan College and a Graduate Degree in Art Therapy from the College of New Rochelle. Kate's high standard of professionalism was cultivated during her almost decade long career as an Art Therapist, working on an inpatient psychiatric unit in one of NYC's busiest hospitals. This background in service to the unique needs of each individual and to complete client satisfaction has helped Kate develop and maintain lasting, positive relationships with her clients. She frequently receives referrals from past clients and stellar reviews.

Kate has the distinguished honor of being a member of the Planning Board for the City of New Rochelle, a member of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
