About Kate

Kate began her real estate career at the South Jersey Shore selling second homes and investment properties in 1985. She re-located to Kingston/Plymouth, Massachusetts in 1990, and continued her real estate career for another 25 years while raising her family. Now that she lives in sunny Myrtle Beach, she likes to say that she has traded the snow shovel for the sand shovel.

The moderate climate and warm temperatures extend the boating, fishing, and golfing season. Helping buyers and sellers make their delicate transitions from one place to the next has always been her passion. Her goal is to make that transition as smooth and as painless as possible.
