Katelyn Markegard

Katie was raised around real estate with multiple family members working in the industry. After seeing the meaningful relationships that her dad, a broker, built with his clients she was inspired to pursue a career as a sales agent. Katie moved from Denver to San Diego in early 2012 and began her dreams of living by the sea and obtaining her real estate license.

Beginning her career as an assistant on a top-producing team in Carlsbad, Katie learned the ins and outs of generating and maintaining a consistent business. Katie’s passion for understanding and connecting with people are what drives her to succeed as a sales agent.

A resident of Pacific Beach, Katie relishes the laid-back beach environment. She enjoys catching Costa Brava’s Happy Hour with friends, being a dog mom to Brody and Poco, and soaking up the salty air and sun on the beach.
