About Katerina

I came a long way from the Czech Republic to sunny Southwest Florida in 1995. That's when I laid the foundation for "Katerina Cleaning Service," a business that's all about taking great care of homes and offices.

Before I made this move, I used to be a teacher for kids with autism and also worked in a bank in Czechoslovakia. Those experiences shaped my empathy and attention to detail, which now come in handy in my real estate career.

In between raising my two boys and everything else, I started the interesting "Mom's Talk BMX Podcast." I've also spent time volunteering with groups like the Boy Scouts, BMX racing, and Lacrosse, which means a lot to me.

For over 20 years, I've been navigating Florida's real estate landscape. I've not only gotten good at fixing up houses to sell but I've also become a licensed Real Estate agent. My eye for spotting potential in properties, something I learned from buying and flipping houses, goes hand in hand with my promise to do better than you expect.
