Katerina Erhard

Katerina May Erhard is a second-generation Realtor and the Associate Broker/Team Leader of May Team Homes at RE/MAX Leading Edge, a full-time and full-service real estate team, located in Gambrills, Maryland. She is a Maryland native and 30+ year resident of Anne Arundel County. After graduating from the University of Maryland in 2005 with a double major in Business and Marketing, Katerina pursued her real estate career alongside her mother, Eva May, a 30-year real estate Veteran. Soon afterward, her expanding expertise in real estate allowed Katerina to acquire her Brokers license in 2013 and achieve Hall of Fame status. Today, she is also the Broker/Owner of 4th Colony Realty, a full-time property management company, located 5 miles from Fort Meade. Katerina's career achievements reflect her dedication and professionalism in her field. She is passionate about real estate and providing the highest level of service to all her clients.
