Katey Tata

Katey Tata lives in Leominster, where she was raised. Living in Leominster for over 40 years makes her a true market expert. In 2016, she began her career in real estate. Since becoming a realtor, Katey has consistently achieves Top Producer status by the North Central Massachusetts Association of REALTORS. For the past few years, Katey has ranked in the top 5 percent of all agents in her market area.
As a full-time Realtor and licensed real estate broker in MA and NH, Katey primarily conducts business in Northern Worcester County and southern NH. Katey aids buyers and sellers at every end of the spectrum, from fixer-uppers to luxury homes as well as commercial buildings. Her sales include single-family homes, multi-family condominiums, land, mobile homes, mixed-use properties and commercial/industrial buildings.
Complex situations are no match for Katey. She has experience with Probate, Divorce, and Foreclosure and has even attended Housing Court hearings. Education is critical to her; continuing education is always on her calendar throughout the year. She has earned her GRI (Graduate, Realtor® Institute) through the Massachusetts Association of Realtor. Katey is also a Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). In addition, she is the 2024 President on the executive board at the North Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors. Katey was awarded the NCMAR 2024 Realtor of the Year!
