Kathy was the BEST!
Kathy met every single need and want that my husband and I had while we were looking for our home. She listens, is very knowledgeable and overall very caring and compassionate for her clients! She looks out for her buyers best interests and will always tell you the truth on what is going on throughout the home buying process. Remarkable
Kathalene far surpassed my expectations. I was an inexperienced buyer and Kathalene took me under her wing. She taught me a great deal and was very patient with me. During this process I struggled with various strong emotions which Kathalene emphasized with and allowed me the time to work through. She was never pushy or rushing me just to make the sale, instead she comforted me through my indecisiveness, disappointments and regrets. When she led me to the perfect home, she used her expertise in writing an outstanding purchase agreement which caught the sellers’ attention. I could not have asked for a better agent to walk this journey with me. I highly recommend Kathalene to anyone seeking a trustworthy professional. Wonderful and very professional! She made our whole experience easier and took our stress away that we initially had going into the home buying process. As first time home buyers, the whole experience was new to us but she was always very informative and handled everything with expertise.
