KATHARINE DAVIS

Originally from Washington, D.C, Katharine has made Florida her home for most of her life. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Studio Art and Graphic Design from Florida State University and then settled in the Jacksonville area. She worked as a Creative Director and then Design and Marketing Consultant.

Katharine started her career in real estate because it combines all her passions, design and décor, marketing, family, and home. She uses her experience in design and marketing to showcase homes in their best light, and to find gems that fit her clients, who they are and who they want to be. She has a naturally positive attitude and has never seen a problem without a solution.

Katharine's clients love how she listens to them and their family's needs and hopes. She knows what it takes to find more than a house, a home, more than a neighborhood, a community.
