Katharine Deering

Originally from New York City and Connecticut, Katharine graduated from New York University and has called Los Angeles home for over 20 years. After a career in entertainment both in front of and behind the camera, she shifted gears to pursue her passion for real estate, architecture, and design. With over 13 years of experience, she never misses an opportunity to tackle a new challenge or learn a new aspect of the ever-changing real estate landscape. She prides herself in making sure that each and every one of her clients is treated with the utmost care, and she always goes the extra mile to meet their needs both big and small. Katharine believes that, as your Realtor®, it is her job to relieve any burdens that buying or selling may present so that the process can be as seamless and stress-free as possible. As a mom to two young, energetic boys, she understands how vital it is to create a soothing, safe space to come home to each day and she greatly enjoys being actively involved in her children's school as well as being a member of The Greater Los Angeles Realtors® Association and the National Association of Realtor®. In 2024, Katharine was appointed to lead Nourmand & Associates' Relocation Department and serve as the liaison for Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, a global network with over 550 brokerages across 70 countries. Alongside managing her own real estate business, she is proud to collaborate with our affiliated brokerages worldwide and oversee the relocation needs for all three Nourmand & Associates offices.
