Katharine Katie O'Hara

My name is Katharine O’Hara, or better known as “Katie” by my friends and family, I was born and raised here in Nassau County. I grew up with family and friends all over Long Island in towns like Levittown, Hicksville, Lynbrook and Malverne. In particular, having one parent live in Wantagh and the other in Long Beach, has given me the unique opportunity to call both places home throughout her life. Although I spent alot of my time in Nassau, working by referral in real estate has made me an expert on all things Long Island!

Prior to real estate, I studied Communication Studies at SUNY Cortland and worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years while also working in various sales jobs throughout that time. This experience has given me a greater understanding of customer service and a hustling working ethic.

The main goal by coming into real estate revolves around my drive to simply help others. There is nothing more rewarding than helping someone sell their home to move on to their next chapter in life, or guiding someone through the process of finding the perfect place for them to call home in this unique Long Island community.

As of 2023, I've joined forces with other professionals just like me to better help assist my clients and am now a Team Member of Your Real Estate Matchmakers Team™ at Signature Premier Properties. I believe by working together we will be able to provide the best service you'll find on Long Island!

In my downtime I love watching sports and enjoys attending games in person. To unwind, I appreciate practicing yoga and relaxing at one of Long Island’s fantastic beaches.
