Katie listed my home last year in 2022 and within 2 days I had 12 offers and accepted an offer 250k over asking price. Yes, it was a great time to sell but the most important thing is to have a well educated, and dedicated realtor. My client needed to sell their mountain home which required a fair amount of, "Tender loving care." Other agents in the past had tried to work with the property but failed. They just didn't have the expertise from what I could determine, so I had my client call Katie Dienhart at Hart To Hart Properties. Katie jumped into action, worked diligently with the client, never masking over the property's trouble spots and provided honest feedback and action plans.
