Katherine began her real estate career in 2016, after 27 years in the banking/lending industry. Her real estate lending experience gives her an edge in helping clients through the closing process. What she loves most about being an agent is getting to know her clients and helping find just the right new home for them! She always tells them “It may take some time, but I don’t want to just sell you a house, I want to sell you the perfect new home!” As the saying goes ‘you don’t work a day if you love what you do’ and that is exactly how she feels. In 2022 Katherine moved to the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area to open the first "coast" office of Lake and Coast Real Estate Co.
In her spare time Katherine enjoys gardening, reading, cooking out and watching Alabama football. She has one beautiful, sweet daughter, a son in law that she loves dearly and three grandchildren that are the light of her life! She also enjoy spending time with their Goddaughter, encouraging and supporting her through nursing school! She is truly blessed!
