I just purchased a new home using Katherine as my realtor and couldn’t be happier. Objectively speaking, Katherine was good — she was on top of things, she returned my calls promptly, she was organized, she was thorough. She looked out for my best interests on several occasions— I was going to skip a final walk through and she pretty much insisted I do it, and then proceeded to make sure everything was finished and fixed, even walking the perimeter of the property in heels to make sure the trees had all been properly trimmed and the brush cleared away from the house. She kept track of all the inspections and repairs seamlessly — to be honest, I never made a single phone call to a roofer or a plumber, and yet on closing day I received a packet with literally a hundred pages of invoices, receipts, and pictures. The only time I had to call anyone other than Katherine was to speak to the lender, and that was out of her hands. This was the first time I had done a real estate deal with Katherine, but it won’t be my last, I was truly that impressed. 10/10 would recommend.

Whether you’re buying or selling, Katherine is great agent to have in your court. I sold my house in Cheyenne with her and she went the extra mile to ensure all the options in a hot seller’s market were considered, netting me more than I expected. We had to search for a home from overseas, which was not an easy task; and Katherine was always so helpful and went out of her way to preview houses, send us videos, and even FaceTime us!
