I am a firm believer that if you’re not having fun then you’re not doing it right so expect some laughter along the way!

I have lived throughout North Carolina and the Southeast, growing up as the daughter of an Army Major and later through education at Appalachian State University and UNC Chapel Hill and careers in Nonprofit Management and City Planning. I currently live just north of Concord in Cabarrus County with my husband Michael and Border Collie/Australian Shepherd mix Little Bit. My hobbies include painting, photography, going on road trips, solving puzzles, and taking nature walks. I have a special place in my heart and love working with teachers, veterans, and first-time homebuyers.

I am a graduate of Superior School of Real Estate, licensed in North Carolina, and a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Central Carolina Association of Realtors. I am also a certified City Planner and the Vice President of Professional Development with the North Carolina American Planning Association. This means I am well connected with area planning departments and can navigate zoning codes and local plans that impact your property.
