Katie Holloman grew up in the real estate and construction industry, and it is truly in her blood. Her father, founded Holloman Construction Company over 25 years ago, and some of her earliest memories are of riding with him from job site to job site, learning firsthand what it means to build something that lasts.
A Greenville native and graduate of South Central High School, Katie earned her BFA in Advertising from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Her creative background and deep local roots laid the foundation for her career in real estate and her people-first approach to business.
While real estate was not an obvious path at first, Katie discovered that helping people through life’s biggest transitions aligned perfectly with her values. She quickly became one of the area’s top producers, selling over 40 homes in her first year and surpassing $100 million in total career sales to date.
As the owner and Broker-in-Charge of Haystack Realty Group, Katie leads a dynamic, community-focused team known for thoughtful marketing, construction insight, and exceptional client care. Under the Haystack umbrella, she also founded Spread the Hay, a nonprofit initiative that gives back to the community through acts of service, local partnerships, and housing-related support for families in need.
Katie currently serves on the ENC Alliance Board and the Inner Banks Home Builders Association Board, where she advocates for responsible growth, housing innovation, and sustainable community development.
Rooted in creativity, connection, and care, Katie remains focused on building not just homes, but lasting relationships and a stronger Eastern North Carolina.
