We've personally known Kathy for many years. She is always positive and willing to help others. We asked her for help in buying a new house at the end of Feb this year. She is super fast in responding to our requests, showing us many houses around the central coast. She is very knowledgeable in explaining any questions we have. Once we have a few targeted properties, she would quickly get us all the relevant information including the conditions of the properties and current real estate market trending. She is patient and thorough, guiding us through steps in making offers and negotiating the price with multiple sellers. Within less than 50 days, on April/12 we were able to move into a new house in a perfect location near Bishop Peak SLO.

Then immediately we asked her to be our seller agent for our old house. We’ve been living there for more than 10 years and there are so many feelings attached to it. Right after the contract was signed, she helped get a cleaning crew, buying furniture and staging, photo shooting and a 3D virtual tour package for the convenience of online buyers. She worked diligently to get our house ready and listed on the market within a week. With such a proactive attitude, she successfully found a buyer who loves our house so much. We sold our house by the end of July. We are very grateful for what Kathy has done to help us, and are more than happy to recommend Kathy’s service.

I don’t know where to start sharing my experience working with Kathy to get my very first home as an immigrant. I knew nothing about the buying process. But Kathy’s kindness, patience, and professionalism has helped eased my anxiety and cleared thousands of my questions. From house hunting, to analyse the future potential of a home, to bargain the price with the seller when it’s seller’s market, she did abasultely an amazing job! Even after the closing, she's still willing to help me out with things that are no longer her responsibility. She is the rare kind of brokers that actually cares about your needs more than anythings else!
