Katherine arrived in Columbia County over twenty years ago, buying a horse farm in Ghent where she raised her five children. Katherine has a rare knowledge of the entire Hudson Valley, starting in Croton-on-Hudson, where her family's business, the Croton Sailing School, was started in 1986 and where she worked in real estate and with horses in North Salem until her move to Broad Reach Farm in 1990. Katherine's diverse experiences with real estate include working with the conversion of an antique building in Rhinebeck to a commercial retail center and managing tenant relationships. She has also experience with horse farm management, land conservancy, forestry, land use, and agricultural property tax exemptions. Click here for more information on equestrian properties.
Katherine looks forward to introducing newcomers to the beauty of the Hudson Valley. Whether you are looking for a first home, the vacation home of your dreams, or an equestrian property she can help you find the right home in the right town.
