Steve Mahoney was our realtor for the purchase of our new home this summer. Being long distance home buyers, we relied on Steve's expertise with video showings, and he did such a great job with that. Katherine was the perfect person to help us find our horse farm as she was already so very knowledgeable regarding equine needs, seeing potential in land versus already having out buildings, and what conveniences a hobby farm owner might find most useful. We found her perspective and her comparable research to be very valuable when making our offer. We LOVE our new farm!

Katherine was also an asset when it came to selling our house in the suburbs. We felt she listed the house at a fair price. The best part is she listed our house early with photos as a “coming soon” and we received an offer for more than the list price that day! We took her advice with a counter offer and the buyers accepted it sight unseen!

Working with Katherine and her team has been such an amazing journey. As a first time home owner, I started this process not knowing anything. Katherine helped me through the entire process from start to finish without me feeling forced to rush into something that I wasn’t 100% sure and that meant a lot to me. I myself was unsure what I was looking for when searching for a home and she quickly noticed what I liked and didn’t after every home we went to look at. Her attention to detail helped me find the perfect home. She was there physically when needed and was just a phone call away when I couldn’t meet. Ive known her for so long & was watching her business before i needed a house and i knew once i was ready she was the one! She is a wonderful realtor! Very professional, very nice, always on time, always responds even when she is on vacations 😉, answers allll your questions and if she cant; she finds the answer! Kat was so helpful not in only the search of my house but with all the questions I had. She was always very kind and professional and always had a smile on her face. She helped answer questions with the VA loan , houses the areas of the houses and got back to me right away. If she didn’t know the answer she found out and got back to me with all the information. She went over and beyond to make sure I was getting the house that I always wanted. Very kind with my kids and listened to all of my concerns and ideas for the house. She made my first time buying a home so easy. I will be recommending her to all my family and friends.

I bought my townhome with Katherine while I was on deployment. I expected this process to be very difficult but she made everything so easy! I can be a little impulsive but she was always able to make things work within a short amount of time.
