I cannot say enough good things about our home buying experience with Katie. The first thing I will say is the most crucial-- we would NOT have gotten this home without Katie's relationships in the industry. We won an amazing home in an extremely tough market (20+ offers on the home) and we did not have the highest offer nor the largest appraisal gap. We got this home because Katie had a great relationship with the seller's agent and was able to work with the agent to make our offer more competitive. In a very tough sellers market with limited inventory, we bought a home and gained instant equity with it being appraised higher than our accepted offer. That was far more than we ever could have anticipated. Katie is also extremely knowledgable about the industry-- what is worth money, what is not, the ins and outs of the processes, and what is needed to win a house. Next, Katie is so responsive- she was answering texts and calls at all hours of the day. She helped us tour homes same day because she knew that houses disappear off the market so quickly and ran all around town for us. I could go on but I will just end with this was our first time buying a home and we were probably not the easiest clients but she worked with us with kindness, patience, and understanding. She knew what we wanted and helped us to find it. She also helped me deal with the emotional aspect of losing out on houses we were excited about (haha). We will be using her in the future and will be referring her to everyone we know buying a house!

Katie is such an incredible agent and I would highly recommend using her for any future transactions. She is very knowledgable about the different neighborhoods in Denver and surrounding areas and is super informed about all details in the process. Not to mention she is so kind and helpful! If you're looking for a great agent to work with, I give my highest praise. So glad to have worked with you and for your incredible design eye too :)
