Katherine Minne

For 14+ years, Katherine worked in multiple facets of the Real Estate industry. Her experience ranges from helping clients buy or sell their home, becoming a top producing agent, to Real Estate investing including buying, rehabbing, and flipping and renting homes. Diversifying herself in this way allows me to be adaptable to varying clients and situations. Going through the buying and selling process multiple times and getting my hands dirty rehabbing and managing projects myself has given me knowledge that I then bring to her clients throughout the process.

Her number one priority in her real estate business is her clients, discovering and serving their needs. There are so many moving parts that occur throughout a transaction and with her years of experience and serving hundreds of sellers and buyers, I am sure to work out whatever it is we may come across and make the deal go as smooth as possible with a positive outcome. I pride herself on capturing all the details when listing a home, to bring the seller more value and of course more money!

While doing most of her business in Macomb County, She serves all different areas in SouthEast Michigan, and refer business out to the other states as well. My hands-on approach with clients makes her stand out, as you will always be working with her and getting updates throughout the process of the sale. Katherines intention is not just to complete a sale, but to build the trust and relationship with her client and help reach their goals!

Katherine lives in St. Clair Shores w/ her Partner, Rottweiler pup, and 14 yr old cat. Kat's interests beyond Real Estate include Traveling, spending time with friends and family, working out, interior design, fashion, music, and dining out.
