Katy Smith is a wife to her Marine husband who she adores completely, and a mother to her spunky one-year-old who is her absolute joy. Katy grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah where she went to high school, and later attended college. She went on to earn her degrees at the University of Utah in Political Science, Asian Studies, Chinese, and International Relations.

Katy has always loved homes and all the life that revolves in and around the home. Most of all, she loves working with families. This is why she became a real estate broker: to find families a place to call home. Whether it's a client’s first home or their retirement home, a fixer upper or beach home, moving internationally or locally, she knows how to handle their transaction and assist them with all the details.
