Katherine Thomas earned her Real Estate License in 2015. She continues to enhance her understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate. In December of 2018, along with Melissa Land, they opened Thomas & Land Real Estate Group in Prattville. Katherine specializes in finding first time home buyers the right home. Having relocated several times with her husband’s job, she understands the needs and concerns of relocating clients. She utilizes exclusive marketing tools to widely expose her listings across the internet, showing each property to its best advantage and ensuring each home stands apart from the competition.

Her work ethic did not start in the real estate industry but followed her from her past career as a District Manager for a large craft mall chain while living in Cincinnati, Ohio. The last five years strengthened her customer service skills while working as the office manager of a Private Christian School. Katherine is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Montgomery Area Association of Realtors and is a member of the local Multiple Listing Service.

In Katherine’s free time she enjoys gardening, cooking, and dancing. She has been married for 33 years and has one son who is going to Medical School at UAB. Katherine is passionate about the needs of her clients and will help in every aspect of your home sale or purchase
