Katherine Williams

Kate Williams, Founder, Owner and Principal Broker of Rose City Realty, is a long-time Portland resident with over twenty years of experience in the local residential real estate industry in addition to several years working in the title industry. Prior to opening Rose City Realty, Williams worked as a Broker in the Pearl District office of Realty Trust Group, Inc.

Williams has traveled extensively but made the decision to start her own real estate company here in Portland because "no place feels like home in the way Portland has." She says, "Nothing makes me happier than helping others find that perfect piece of this special city to call their home and then assisting them again when it's time to upsize, downsize or, literally, move on."

Kate specializes in all aspects of buying and selling.
