I grew up in Oaklyn and Collingswood, and graduated from Collingswood High School I've lived in Haddonfield since 1991, where both of my children graduated from Haddonfield High School. I spent 30+ years in sales, marketing, and business development working for major corporations, family businesses, and running my own business. I made the best career decision of my life transitioning this experience to a real estate career. I received my NJ real estate license in the spring of 2003. Initially, I joined Coldwell Banker's referral network, and in January 2006 went full-time joining Prudential Fox & Roach's Haddonfield office (now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Fox & Roach Realtors).

Kathy listed our investment property during the downside of the market. She staged it to give it that feeling of being "home". She worked hard at advertising it and having showings. Unfortunately the home didn't sell, but Kathy gave us good advice and rental values that enabled us to list the home and find suitable tenants and rent the home at a fair price. After 40 + years living in our home we decided to sell. Our first step was to start interviewing Realotor’s . Kathi Boggs was the last of four interviews . I must say that out of the four Kathi was the only one who had a true understanding of our neighborhood and where our home should be listed. ( which was 70,000 more then all of the other Realotor’s ) Kathi shared her plan on how everything would go and we signed with her that day. We have moved several times in our lives and had some good experiences with realtors but our experience with Kathi was quite different. In the midst of the pandemic with the house prices soaring above their appraised values we felt confident that we would find a house that we could call home without settling and paying above the appraised value. Our confidence was because of Kathi's approach. She instantly understood what we were looking for so much in fact that when we toured a house in a desirable neighborhood and quickly learned that the house was not for us Kathi was prepared to show us another house nearby after we thought we were done for the day.
