Highly likely to recommend 11/20/2014 - user0782448 Bought a Townhouse home in 2014 for approximately $250K in SBIC, Baltimore, MD. My boyfriend and I were first time home buyers and Kathleen was excellent. We had a long and difficult time with the seller and his agent but Kathleen was able to keep us calm and I trusted completely that in the end we would get through it. A lot of back and forth negotiating was required for our purchase and Kathleen was always one step ahead of the sellers agent and made us feel like we were being treated fairly. She visited the property with us on multiple occasions when we were meeting inspectors, contractors, etc. In addition to the hurdles we faced during the walk-throughs/negotiation process we were also faced with a stressful closing. If Kathleen was not there to help us I don't know what would have happened but in the end we walked away with keys to our first home and I have her to thank for that. I would absolutely use Kathleen in the future whether it is selling or buying our next home.
