Kathleen Butts

A true professional and responsive advocate, Kathie’s extensive experience is appreciated by buyers and sellers alike. Kathie has learned the business from the bottom up and has the added benefit from having been a licensed assistant to two of the Bitterroot Valley’s most productive agents. She has been engaged “full time” in the industry since receiving her sales license in 1993 and has the skills to satisfy even the savviest real estate investor. Kathie and her husband, EJ, own a residential construction corporation specializing in custom and luxury log homes. They enjoy all aspects of the mountain lifestyle and as often as possible like to share fishing, camping, hiking or winter sports with friends and family. Kathie is an avid bow hunter.
