Kathleen Comerford

I am glad to meet you and I thank you for taking the time to get to know more about me. I’m a Broker Associate with eXp Realty and the Team Owner of The Comerford Group. I am also an interior designer and builder and collaborate with my husband on projects from time to time. My passion for real estate began at an early age, evidenced by the elaborate condo projects I developed for my Barbie Dolls (I drove Dad crazy with this!). I always felt the calling and excitement of real estate and began investing and developing as a young professional in New York City. As I furthered my education, I obtained an MBA from Wharton Business School majoring in Finance and Real Estate which led me to a successful career on Wall Street that I enjoyed for many years as an investment banker and developer. Seeking new challenges, I retired from Wall Street to establish a boutique development company in NYC that specialized in acquiring, redeveloping, and selling undervalued properties and transforming them into Uber-Luxury assets. Several of these properties were featured on TV and in prominent magazines!

In my leisure time, I enjoy the stunning Florida beaches, golf courses, and boating waterways with my husband, family, and friends. I am a proud mini-Schnauzer parent and married to Edward, a 21-year Air Force veteran and custom home builder.
