Kathleen Daly

Kathleen is an associate broker with Coldwell Banker. She began her career in real estate in 1990. Originally from Southern California, her family relocated to Marin County when Kathleen was a child. Kathleen resides in Corte Madera with her family. Prior to selling real estate, Kathleen worked in advertising and real estate development. She is active on the Corte Madera Community Foundation, a volunteer at the Marin Humane Society and a member of the Mt. Tam Racquet Club. Kathleen is a licensed real estate broker, while her business partner Lisa is a licensed realtor associate and combined, they have over 40 years of real estate experience. They met in their first year at Redwood High School in Larkspur. Their partnership truly melds the best attributes of both and brings an unmatched and unique perspective to helping their clients buy and sell homes. Growing up in Marin County, Kathleen and Lisa have spent the majority of their lives living working in the community. They bring a real "insiders" perspective on the unique neighborhoods, schools, and lifestyle of Marin.

Kathleen's prior experience includes advertising and real estate development. This hands-on knowledge of home construction/development and the negotiations, organizational and marketing skills that go with it are invaluable tools in the real estate industry. Lisa's prior experience was in commercial and residential leasing. She has a passion for interior design and enjoys sharing her ideas and resources with their clients. Teamwork has worked well for Kathleen and Lisa, as well as for their clients.
