Kathy’s career has taken her all over Sussex County with new construction, resales, new home projects, as well as commercial properties, giving her a broad sense of the market in all of Sussex County. She is the previous owner of RE/MAX Coast and Country merging with RE/MAX Associates in 2010. Kathy has been in the real estate business for 26 years. Kathy lives in Lewes with accountant husband Tom. Married over 40 years, they are blessed with 3 children and 5 grandchildren. Kathy is an active member of the Lewes community: she is an active member of the Bethel United Methodist Church located on 4th Street in Lewes, past president of the Lewes Lions Club of which she has been a member for over 15 years, and she currently volunteers at the Bethel UM Church of Lewes.
