The best thing about being in the real estate industry for over 25 years is that now Kathleen does it for pure enjoyment! She earned her broker’s license in 1980 and started K. Hall Real Estate in Barrington RI. She raised their kids in the town, had so many friends, appreciated the schools, and played at the beach that it was easy to encourage people to move to Barrington. As the kids grew older and became more involved in their own interests and extracurricular activities, she moved to working for larger realtor companies for over 20 years. The dedicated, smart, and fun people that she worked with allowed her to devote her time to family while continuing to be successful in real estate. Having come full circle, Kathleen is blessed to once again have her own real estate business in Little Compton, RI where she thrives on working directly with clients who are sellers, buyers, and renters.
Professionally she is a graduate of the Realtor Institute, she is a leadership training designee and a residential relocation specialist. She is licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and has acted as Parliamentarian for the Rhode Island Association of Realtors and The Episcopal Diocese of Rhode Island. She has served as President of the Women’s Council of Realtors a subcommittee of the Rhode Island Association of Realtors, and as a member of the professional standards committee for the Greater Providence Board of Realtors and The Rhode Island State Association of Realtors.
Her commitment to the community includes service as a chair of the National committee for the prevention of child abuse, and she has served as assistant moderator for the Town of Little Compton, and she is a member of the Garden Club.
