About Kathleen

After working for a corporate brokerage/tech company for a few years, I knew I needed to do Real Estate a different way. I appreciate my experience there, and all that I learned. I have a Bachelors Degree from Penn State in Communications, where I learned Marketing and Video & Audio Production & Editing. I don't do my own, someone else does it better than me, so I pay his business to do it for me.

Each client has something they are looking for, and I'm a Customer-Focused Agent that wants you to love your home and your experience buying or selling it. After selling 14M+ in Real Estate the past few years, I wanted to spend more time one-on-one with clients. I'm excited to be able to give to some local charities, and I'm looking forward to a good friend's closing later this month on her new home at RE/MAX Northwest!

My Listing is on the Market Now in Snohomish! This listing is well-maintained, and backs to a green belt! You should check it out! I also think it's great to work with a company that was approved by my old employer for the partner program as a good preferred company. I needed a different experience for me, and I wanted to give back. Consumer-centric models are my favorite!

I love the idea of it, but everyone fits a different mold and has motivations and goals their trying to achieve. I believe in it, their values are cool. That's why I want to spend time with my clients on every tour now, and hired a Transaction Coordinator! I miss my old TC, but I'm excited for my new one. She's awesome!.

Some people get forgotten in almost every business model. We need to figure out how to fit people back into our eco-system. Our community needs some funds so the organizations can help these people, that want it with a hand up, not a hand out. I'm happy each house can make other people happy! I'm happy the organizations like Beautiful Soles saves the lives of children and parents out of cars in 100+ degree weather, or freezing nights, and crowd-funds a hotel stay for them. I'm continuing to rebuild the framework to be the best possible Listing, Buy-side, Staging, Open House, 3D Tour, Drone, Marketing Concierge, etc. and continue to learn everyday! I like to do things right and affordable for you, and exceed customer expectations! That is Enterprise Renta-A-Car's mission statement. I worked there really early on out of college, when I moved back to Seattle. My biggest mission is happiness for you in your new home, a fair deal, customer satisfaction, and a good experience.

Kat made selling and buying a positive experience. Her expertise was high in both fields and we were able to get over what I wanted on the selling side after making a few suggested updates to my home, and purchase the first home we put an offer on with her guidance. I’d recommend Kat to new home buyers and anyone looking for expertise and trustworthy guidance in the home buying/selling process.

I cannot say enough about our experience with Kat! She is so hardworking and dedicated to her clients. We bought a home with her during the time when houses were leaving the market in the first couple days of being listed, so we had to see homes and make offers super fast. Kat was always ready to go see a home - at 8:00pm one night we jokingly asked her to see a home at 8:30pm that same night, and she said “let’s do it!”, and met us there. She goes absolutely above and beyond for her clients and when you know a house is the one, she fights tooth and nail to get you that house! She is a total shark when you need her to be, but will take a step back to listen to you and follow your lead when you need her to as well. She has so much knowledge and insight on not just information on the market and areas, but design, layout, and renovations that could be made to help see your vision of your dream house. She comes with a plethora of connections to companies and lenders that help through the home buying process and made our first home buying experience so smooth and relaxing. We had all the confidence and trust in the world that Kat knew what she was doing and would make sure things are done right! This all still does not incapsulate the fun, wonderful person that Kat is.
