Kathleen Hayden

Kathleen Hayden is a full time agent working with both buyers and sellers. She is experienced with corporate & military relocations, first time home buyers, downsizing sellers, waterfront property and home staging. She believes in giving her clients excellent, individualized service and prides herself on quick responses, honesty, and exceeding expectations.

Her family and her live in beautiful Spotsylvania County VA. She earned her bachelor's degree from St. Joseph's University and her Master's in Social Work from Catholic University.

Before joining the real estate profession she was a clinical social worker; working as a therapist for the US Navy and in private practice. She is experienced at listening to clients' needs, managing the stress that comes with home buying & selling, and negotiating in challenging personal interactions.

Kathleen has been a client in real estate transactions many times herself, including out of area relocations. She knows what qualities you want and need from your agent.
