She is thrilled to be back home with her husband and daughter after spending 15 years living in New York City pursuing a career in commercial and television acting. After purchasing and personally remodeling her own home with her husband, Kathleen has developed a keen eye for structural integrity as it interplays with good design. From knocking down walls to ripping up flooring to hanging sheetrock, Kathleen has considerable experience in home design and home improvement.She has a deep appreciation for things that are “done right” and is not afraid of the hard work required to meet the mark.

Kathleen attended Texas State University where she excelled in school and performed as a Texas State Strutter. She dances, knows how to swing a hammer, and she can tell a story complete with incredible voice impressions.
