Kathleen Hays

Kathleen Hays is a Dallas native with a deep knowledge of the DFW Metroplex and a strong passion for working with people. She is thrilled to be back home with her husband and daughter after spending 15 years living in New York City pursuing a career in commercial and television acting. It turns out that memorizing scripts and studying human behavior are both excellent skills for a top real estate agent! Kathleen knows how to read the room and is masterful at warm productive communication in any situation.
After purchasing and personally remodeling her own home with her husband, Kathleen has developed a keen eye for structural integrity as it interplays with good design. From knocking down walls to ripping up flooring to hanging sheetrock, Kathleen has considerable experience in home design and home improvement.She has a deep appreciation for things that are “done right” and is not afraid of the hard work required to meet the mark.

Kathleen attended Texas State University where she excelled in school and performed as a Texas State Strutter. She dances, knows how to swing a hammer, and she can tell a story complete with incredible voice impressions. With a great appreciation for design and architecture and her broad creative and professional background, Kathleen would love to help you with your real estate dreams.
