Kathy Helbig-Strick has led one of the highest selling REALTOR® groups in St. Louis MO and surrounding Counties for 26 years, selling over 1 billion in personal production throughout her career. Kathy and her team was recently ranked by Real Trends at #7 in all of Missouri.

Kathy is the author of several published articles and published a popular home blog for several years. Kathy has also been recognized for her success by the Post-Dispatch and Suburban Journals as one of St. Louis and St. Charles Highest Selling REALTORS® year after year, and St. Louis Magazine has named her as Top in Customer Satisfaction throughout most of her two-decade long sales career.

In 2008, in addition to running her high producing team, Kathy embarked on franchise brokerage ownership as a co/owner of a Keller Williams National brand in the St. Charles/West territory She assisted in the debut, launch and growth of the company for the next 9 years. In 2016, Kathy envisioned something more than “traditional real estate as usual”. She took a leap of faith and launched her own premier boutique-style, independent brokerage, doubling their business in the first year that Experience Realty Partners was established, and has continued driving growth each year for nearly 5 years. That growth and changes in the industry prompted her next steps of merging her Independent brokerage with the fastest growing global real estate company, exp Realty. Kathy continues to coach and mentor agents to enjoy successful real estate careers and serves her agents and clients at the highest level as a broker/owner, all while maintaining top sales rankings. She continues to be one of the highest reviewed agent groups in the St. Louis area with some of the most 5-star reviews!

Kathy’s newest passion combines real estate and mortgage to impact realtors’ bottom line while creating a better client experience. As a licensed MLO along with her husband Steve Strick, prominent figure in the mortgage Industry, their separate knowledge of the real estate and mortgage industries combined, as well as their passion for TEAMS, inspired the creation of an innovative model that provides unique and compliant Mortgage Solutions for not only broker/owners and team leaders, but also an amazing opportunity to increase revenue for the solo agent that runs parallel to their successful real estate operations. The husband-and-wife duo have helped launch dozens of successful partner branches across the US since 2020 and have coached hundreds of solos agents on how to unlock the mortgage money!!! To give back, we have helped develop a National VA program that contributes thousands to the Veteran community.
