Prior to her tenure as a leading realtor/broker, she owned and managed a high-end fashion boutique in the desirable shopping district of downtown Los Gatos, followed by the position of CFO/COO in a major restaurant group. In 2003, she followed her passion for real estate becoming a licensed broker and has been helping clients connect with high end luxury properties ever since.

Kathleen's successes go beyond the business world and extend into her deep passion for her community. She has served two terms as the president of the Carmel Valley Chamber of Commerce, one term as president of the Women’s Council of Realtors, Monterey Peninsula Chapter, and served on the Local Government Relations Committee of Mo. Co. Assn. of Realtors.
