Kathleen paid assiduous attention to our needs and showed us many property's, of which she had already previewed on her own.
She was instrumental in helping us locate the ideal lot where we will build our house to our own specifications. She has always been available for consultation and has introduced us to many people that have the skills to help us build the best house possible We would recommend her highly.
Her knowledge of the island and real estate protocol is what sold us on her.

Kathleen Kendrick is an outstanding realtor! She sold us our fabulous condos in Aquinnah 25 years ago, and then she resold them for us a few years ago. All of these transactions were very intelligently accomplished.She definitely "goes the extra mile", and then some for her clients! Her personality is terrific-very friendly and kind.
