Kathleen Kolarz

A native of the Tri-County area, Kathleen Kolarz started her real estate career in 1992 with over 8 years of previous sales and mortgage experience. Since that time, she has earned numerous sales awards based on annual production while continuing to educate herself to keep abreast of current trends. Kathleen specializes in residential listings and sales and has extensive experience with new home construction.

Kathleen has been active in her community by delivering Meals on Wheels and serving on the United Way of Boyertown Area where she was also President. She has also served on the Frederick Living Board of Directors and the former Montgomery County Association of Realtors Board of Directors.

Her success in real estate has been based on my strong work ethic, honesty at any cost and my ability to follow each deal until it is closed. These strengths have made her one of the most successful Realtors in the Tri-County Area. She resides in the Gilbertsville area with her husband, Greg.
