I so enjoyed working with Kathleen! She is prompt, professional, kind, but asserts what is needing of such! We had a really positive experience buying our first home (a cumbersome process to speak of) with Kathleen! She answered every question unflinchingly and was also so patient to our nuance with the process! We felt comfortable going to her and asking her real questions about what the next move should be in many cases. We highly recommend purchasing a home with Kathleen !

Kathleen Long is a true professional in every respect. She is friendly, approachable and unflappable with great sense of humor and very steady, calm presence. We called her out of the blue to see a lakefront home on relatively short notice. She graciously adjusted her weekend schedule for the next day and rapidly arranged for our out-of-area visit and property tour.

Kathleen is a very attentive questioner and listener. Though we had never worked with one another before, she elicited a very thoughtful and education discussion with us on various home search styles, needs, desires and trade-space areas. She was responsive, informative and helpful in every respect during our property tour and after. Due to the current market and rapidity at which homes are selling, she was clear in conveying the need for us to make a decision and submit a competitive offer as fast possible if we wanted the home. However, she conveyed her insights in a helpful manner that was out of concern for us if we truly wanted the property as our next home. But she did it in a concerned manner without any hint of pressure. She recognizes that buying a new home is truly a "family" decision process on a timeline that cannot be rushed or forced. Though the owner accepted an offer simultaneous to our home tour and before we could make an offer Kathleen promptly told us. We were disappointed but very much impressed with Kathleen and her assistance. As a result, we have continued our area search with her. We went back home several hours away.

Overnight, Kathleen developed a very thorough search of the available area properties that might be of potential interest and a match for our consideration. She has continued to share properties as they come available with us as possibilities to consider.

Our communication is always friendly, enjoyable, educational and informative. We know that we are tough customers with whom to work as we are searching for a particular style of home with specific general home construction features, attributes and decor that is waterfront on a lake or river. Kathleen is undaunted by the challenge. She continues to stay connected with us and share any of the unique properties in the area which may be a potential match.
