Kathleen was very helpful in finding a house in a tough market, especially considering she was our second realtor we worked with while trying to buy our first home. We appreciated her experience, attention to detail, and strong code of ethics. She was very proactive, often having paperwork ready before it was needed and doing her own research on properties. She is also certified for VA loans so she knew what to look for in a home in order for it to pass a VA inspection (even though we didn’t end up using a VA loan). She was also very personable, would offer recommendations, and was always ready with her sense of humor! If we do this again anytime soon, we would choose Kathleen!
