Kathy is the best. In real estate, experience, knowledge, and true expertise and knowing the in’s & out’s of any situation or deal is key. Knows the Philadelphia & surrounding markets like no one else. Kathy not only helped me buy my first home, but made sure I saw other opportunities too, AND, most importantly, has been a one stop shop since day one. Unsure of mortgage or bank? Kathy knows who to call and assist. Legal, etc. semantics and what to do? Kathy knows. While so many have stories from their buying or selling experiences, mine—even as a FIRST—was almost too easy, and too smoothly done. Need help after the sale & “who to call?” Help there too, always.
