Kathleen...what can you say that hasn't been said by other reviews? Superlatives don't do Kathleen justice, she is a hard working, no nonsense realtor that made the sale of an estate property incredibly easy. In a time of stress, her compassion was reassuring and she took charge of the complexities of the transaction without asking. Her attention to detail is exemplary and the listing reflected that. The depth of Kathleen’s knowledge and guidance is immeasurable. She very diligently and with the utmost care guided us through the prep/listing/sale/buying/closing processes.

Let’s face it, navigating these processes are overwhelming for people juggling life. What makes her so special—besides her 100% success rate—is that she makes it feel as though your sale/listing is the only one she has because of how much attention she pays to every aspect of your experience. She is very nurturing and her reassuring demeanor speaks volumes. She may very well be quietly juggling 8-10 independent transactions/listings fluidly and one may never even know.

I can’t say enough good about how quickly she responds either by phone and text or email. As a customer of 3 months she made it feel a day if at that.
