I had an excellent experience working with Kathy. From the initial consultation I felt that I was in good hands. Kathy is very professional and knows the reality business, laws and paperwork involved inside out. I never had a question that was unanswered and each time it was carefully walked through and explained. She really takes the time and listens to
all your questions and concerns. Hands down, if you want someone who will work all hours, all days and be totally by your side through the entire process then hire Kathy and get your damn house SOLD!

What a great professional and person Kathleen is! For a first home buyer like me, her knowledge on each detail of the process, sensitive and availability was fundamental! I already miss our daily (sometimes, hourly) talks. Find and buy a house is not an easy journey in so many different ways, but when you have a person like Kathleen on your side, it becomes much easier. Again, what a great professional, and now I can doubtless say, a good friend she is!

Kathleen was key to help me on finding the perfect house to my family in Nov-2017.

We had some limitations (area, budget), however her dedication and attention was way over our expectations and with that we closed a great deal.

I would strongly recommend her, she is very responsive, and work like a Swiss clock 24x7 if needed. She always took my calls and provided the necessary attention even on the small details when we asked her.

Kathy has been an amazing realtor! She is very knowledgeable about anything on and in a house. She was able to discuss with me how some systems work, that I was unfamiliar with. She was with us every step of the way through the final sale and beyond. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty during the purchase of our house. Kathleen was very helpful in my search for a home. If I found a house I wanted to check out she made time to meet at the house for a walkthrough. She also sent great suggestions for homes via email that I considered. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great, responsive realtor.
