Respected in the industry Kathy has been the recipient of numerous local awards including the Top Sales Volume Award Top Sales Associate of the Year and the Spirit Award. Kathy’s sales volumes recognized her in the 5% of producers in Maryland. She has performed duties as an expert witness in several real estate cases and background includes hands on experience in the construction field. She is a member of the Distinguished Achievement Club, Women's Council of Real Estate, Chesapeake's Top 300 Real Producers and Producer Top 150 Club. She also serves as President of Crain Overlook Board, a commercial business entity.

Personally, Kathy enjoys spending time with her family which has grown to include four grandkids. She enjoys playing golf and is a member of a nine-hole league at Eisenhower Golf Course (ELGA). Her interests include participating in events in the Annapolis area as well as supporting local sports, the Ravens, and the Baltimore Orioles. An animal enthusiast, she enjoys spending time with her dog, a Pembrooke Welsh Corgi named Jackson Browne.
