Kate McGinty absolutely loves living in Richmond, VA! Her family made the decision to “move back home” after living in Northern, VA for many years…it was one of the best decisions they have ever made! They love Richmond’s history, southern charm, and the amazing new food scene! When she decided to become a Realtor, it was a natural next step for her after working as a mortgage loan officer and banking manager. She is passionate about helping people achieve their home goals - whether it be buying, selling or building their home! On most days you will find her hard at work helping her clients make their home dreams a reality. When she’s not working, she spends any opportunity she can with her family and friends. Her husband and she are both JMU grads and met there over 20 years ago! They have two beautiful daughters, a golden retriever and two adopted guinea pigs. When Kelly and she met, they immediately recognized in each other their shared goals of creating a concierge style real estate experience and haven't looked back since!
