About Kathleen

Kathleen takes great pride in the relationships that she has built with clients over time. Her position on Team Brown with Nicholas Brown has allowed her to get to know the clients, their families and their individual situations whether they are buying a condo in Provincetown, selling a home in Truro or negotiating a purchase in Wellfleet. Originally from Western Massachusetts, Kathy spent her childhood summers in North Truro. This is when she initially fell in love with the area, especially Coast Guard Beach! After spending her summers here, Kathleen decided to make the move and now, living with her husband and teenage daughter, has been a Truro resident for 30 years. Kathleen has an Associates’ Degree in Commercial Finance from Boston’s New England College of Finance and specializes in assisting with the financing of properties on the Outer Cape. When Kathy is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family on the beautiful beaches in our area, Hatches Harbor in particular, walking the woods of Truro with her daughter and their Golden Retriever or taking in the gorgeous views at Great Island in Wellfleet. She volunteered for several years for the Truro Recreation sports program and is a past member of the Board at the Pilgrim Monument and Museum.
